This new owner has invested in the future of his unit. All major appliances have been replaced, all carpets and padding are new in the last two years, new hardwood floor that flows from the entrance all the way through the kitchen. The third bedroom is now set up to sleep four people. C-32 is an end unit and is very close to the Community Center. The new gas grill is stainless steel. Most homes at the Summit do not have air conditioning, but the owners have added one in the living room/dining room and the master bedroom. We seldom need a/c, but when we do, oh how badly it can get.
